Deskaway is a simple, easy to use project managment system. It has all the bells and whistles of the big name programs but for a fraction of the price.

Go Daddy is reliable…easy to use, and has exceptional customer service. Not only are they great for hosting and domain purchases, they also have email marketing, shopping carts, tracking systems and tons more. A great one stop shop.

For the the nuts and bolts of marketing:
If you are going to sell something online, you need a credit card merchant (not to be confused with a shopping cart or gateway). This is by far my favorite. They offer quick approvals and low rates. AND they integrate with the top marketing services that you will be using.
Not to be confused with the shopping cart or the merchant account….this is something that you will need in order to ‘authorize’ credit card payments from your customers. SOME merchant accounts provide a free account on Authorize.net for you. Be sure to ask. If not, sign up for them here: Authorize.net
This shopping cart is easy to use and easily integrates with your customer contact management system.
For Customer Contact:
If you like Infusionsoft, you’ll love this system. You get all the important bells and whistles without the outrageous set up fee. This system is a little pricier than most others, BUT it includes a shopping cart, hosting, membership software, affiliate program etc. Worth the price if you want to be a big time marketer.
Sendpepper is the ‘baby’ version of Office Autopilot. It doesn’t have a shopping cart, but some plans do integrate with your shopping cart. If your business is not quite ready to take the plunge into Office AutoPilot, start here. You can always upgrade later and not lose any of your data.
This has to be the easiest program out there for customer communication! They have simple dashboard overviews and it is very user friendly. Sending personalized emails to your customers and prospects doesn’t get any easier! They have a free trial with all the bells and whistles…but the program is just $9.95 per month…can’t really go wrong here.
Constant Contact is an exceptional email and newsletter management system. They have great newsletter templates and it is very easy to use. This is one of the most popular programs out there.
Aweber is a super email management program. It definitely has all the features you need to communicate with your list. It is reasonably priced and is extremely reliable. Definite thumbs up!
For Real Estate Professionals:
Frank Patrick’s REO Renegade Program is an absolute MUST have for agents who want to expand their REO listings. There are services out that try to compete, but this is the real deal. I have a list of over 150 clients who swear by this program are getting the listings to prove it.
